Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and shape various types of dough according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate baking equipment including mixers, ovens, and proofing chambers
- Pack, label, and package finished baked goods for distribution
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols in all work areas
- Assist senior bakers with production tasks and recipe execution
- Monitor baking times and temperatures for optimal product quality
- Support inventory management by tracking raw materials and finished products
- Adhere to company food safety regulations and HACCP standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques or willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements
- Good communication skills for team collaboration

- No prior baking experience necessary but passion for food production essential
