Recruit Express is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Bank Officer to support backend operations. This is a 6-12 month contract position located in the Central Region. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily backend banking operations and transaction processing.
- Verify and reconcile financial data and bank statements to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and documentation.
- Handle and resolve incoming customer inquiries regarding account status and transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all banking operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to improve operational efficiency and workflow processes.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in backend operations or customer service is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with banking software systems is a plus.
