Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a high-quality range of espresso-based drinks and specialty coffees according to company standards.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, assisting guests with menu recommendations and order taking.
- Operate and perform routine maintenance on espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, including the coffee bar and seating areas.
- Accurately process payments and manage transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor and restock inventory, including coffee beans, milk, and pastry items, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Assist with opening and closing duties to maintain the highest standards of cafe readiness.
