Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain high-quality standards in coffee preparation, including mastering latte art techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests and answering inquiries.
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and sanitized at all times.
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Must have knowledge of coffee brewing methods and a strong passion for coffee.
- Must be able to perform latte art proficiently.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or coffee shop setting is preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available for full-time employment.
