Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages according to brand standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workstation and dining area.
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process orders and payments.
- Follow strict recipes and hygiene protocols to ensure food safety and quality.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
- Uphold the company's brand image and visual presentation standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma qualification.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong passion for coffee and a willingness to learn new brewing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
