- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages according to company standards and recipes
- Deliver outstanding customer service with product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and grinders
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of service areas, equipment, and utensils
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies and ingredients
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient café operations during peak hours
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company service protocols
