Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages according to brand standards and customer preferences
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment with precision
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and customer areas
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Stock and rotate inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and terminology
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle moderate weights
- Attention to detail and consistency in beverage preparation
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques
- Experience in food service or retail is advantageous
