- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages according to company standards and recipes.
- Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines and grinders, with precision.
- Interact with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation at all times.
- Assist in stock management, including receiving deliveries, checking stock levels, and rotating inventory.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
