BruntWork is seeking a talented Junior Brand Designer to join a dynamic startup specializing in premium kids' pajamas. This is a 100% Work-From-Home (WFH) opportunity where your creativity will directly impact the aesthetic of a growing international brand.
In this role, you will transition between creating whimsical, high-end textile prints and developing essential brand assets. We are looking for someone who understands the intersection of art and commerce—someone who can take a concept from a mood board to a production-ready tech pack. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop original, repeating textile patterns and prints for seasonal kids' pajama collections.
- Create and manage comprehensive technical packs (tech packs) to ensure seamless production with manufacturers.
- Design a wide range of brand assets, including social media graphics, email templates, and packaging materials.
- Collaborate with the product team to translate creative briefs into high-fidelity design concepts.
- Execute precise color matching using Pantone standards to ensure consistency across different fabric types.
- Maintain and organize a digital library of design assets, patterns, and historical tech packs.
- Participate in design critiques and iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Textile Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in brand or textile design, preferably within the apparel industry.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in surface pattern design and premium brand aesthetics.
- Proven experience creating detailed tech packs and working with Pantone color systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
