Role Overview: This role is perfect for an analytical graduate or a professional with 1-2 years of experience who is eager to launch their career in Business Analysis. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between our business stakeholders and technical teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for new projects and system enhancements.
- Assist in the development of functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows.
- Support project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring project timelines and deliverables.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet quality standards and requirements.
- Help maintain and update business process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Act as a liaison between business units and the IT development team to ensure clear communication of requirements.
- Assist in training end-users on new systems and features.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or a related role. Fresh graduates with internship experience in BA are highly encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin or Malay is an added advantage for stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL is a plus).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Keen attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
