Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Gather, document, and prioritize stakeholder requirements using industry-standard techniques
- Develop detailed business requirements documents and functional specifications
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Conduct data analysis and create insightful reports to support decision-making
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings to align on project objectives
- Support UAT processes and ensure solution delivery meets business expectations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of business analysis or process improvement experience
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques (user stories, process modeling)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools preferred
