Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements for system onboarding projects.
- Configure RealPage Utility Management products to align with client specifications and business needs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including implementation, development, and quality assurance.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and performance.
- Provide training and ongoing support to clients during the onboarding phase.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including user manuals and process flows.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to best practices.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, system implementation, or a similar role; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of property management or utility management software is an advantage but not required.
