Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements for software development and system implementation projects.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand process flows and identify potential pain points.
- Create and maintain process maps, flowcharts, and user stories to guide the development team effectively.
- Collaborate closely with IT specialists and external vendors to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.
- Perform basic data analysis and report on system performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase to ensure final deliverables meet quality standards.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of end-users for new business systems and tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros).
- Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing priorities.
