Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee floor operations to ensure seamless dining experiences for guests.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of service staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Greet and seat guests, managing reservations and table allocations effectively.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of menu offerings, including seasonal specials and wine pairings.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and back-of-house teams to ensure timely service flow.

Kualifikasi

  • Prior experience in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or fine-dining environment.
  • Strong command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant asset.
