Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee floor operations to ensure seamless dining experiences for guests.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of service staff to maintain high service standards.
- Greet and seat guests, managing reservations and table allocations effectively.
- Maintain deep knowledge of menu offerings, including seasonal specials and wine pairings.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and back-of-house teams to ensure timely service flow.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or fine-dining environment.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant asset.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
