As a Junior Chef, you will work closely with our Senior Chefs to prepare delicious dishes, maintain kitchen hygiene, and ensure our high standards of food quality are met every single day. We offer a structured work environment with a 44–48 hour work week and provide overtime compensation, ensuring your hard work is fairly rewarded.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Senior Chefs in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes according to company standards.
- Ensure efficient kitchen operations by managing ingredient prep and station cleanliness.
- Follow strict food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth workflow during peak service hours.
- Participate in kitchen training and development programs to enhance culinary skills.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food storage and temperature control.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience or internship in a professional kitchen environment is a plus but not required.
- Passion for cooking and a willingness to learn artisanal food preparation techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (certification is an advantage).
- Punctual, reliable, and possess a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Singaporeans or Permanent Residents preferred.
