Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs in the daily preparation and production of high-quality dishes for our restaurants and banquet services.
- Ensure that all food preparation areas are kept clean, sanitized, and organized in strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the requisition of ingredients and kitchen supplies.
- Maintain consistent quality and presentation of menu items according to established hotel standards.
- Support the kitchen brigade during busy service periods, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
- Participate in the development of new recipes and seasonal menu rotations under the guidance of senior culinary staff.
- Properly store, label, and rotate stock to minimize waste and ensure ingredient freshness.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment (luxury hotel or fine dining experience is highly advantageous).
- Professional Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent culinary training.
- Strong foundational knowledge of various cooking techniques, knife skills, and food safety standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a diverse, multicultural team.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
