Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Site Manager in daily civil engineering operations and project coordination
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering specifications
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, permits, and progress logs
- Conduct quality control inspections and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
- Support site safety protocols and environmental compliance measures
- Assist in resolving technical issues during project execution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant experience
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control processes
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills
