Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior engineers with daily site operations and construction activities
- Monitor project progress and report on milestones, delays, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports
- Support preparation of technical documentation including drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Assist in resolving on-site technical issues and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year experience encouraged
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Malaysian driver's license (preferred for site visits)
