United Neon Advertising Inc. is seeking a driven Junior Civil Engineer to join our Project Compliance Team in Makati City. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our infrastructure projects meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and structural integrity.
As a Junior Civil Engineer, you will bridge the gap between architectural design and site execution. You will work closely with senior project managers to oversee construction compliance, coordinate complex design requirements, and perform rigorous cost evaluations to ensure project feasibility. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and ensure all ongoing construction activities strictly adhere to safety standards and building codes.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal teams to resolve design discrepancies during the execution phase.
- Conduct detailed cost estimates and bill of quantities (BOQ) for new and existing projects.
- Perform regular site inspections to track progress and verify compliance with technical specifications.
- Review and interpret structural drawings to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and documentation for management review.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and coordination with external suppliers to ensure cost-efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Licensed Civil Engineer is highly preferred, but fresh board passers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of local building codes and construction safety regulations.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project deadlines efficiently.
- Willingness to conduct site visits within Metro Manila as needed.
