Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field visits to consumers to collect overdue loan payments.
- Verify customer identity and financial status during visits.
- Negotiate repayment plans with delinquent borrowers.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and agreements.
- Document any disputes or issues encountered in the field.
- Adhere to company policies and legal regulations regarding debt collection.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding account status.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK).
- Fresh graduate or 0-1 year experience in customer service or collection.
- Valid Driver's License (SIM A) is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets.
- Physically fit and willing to travel within the assigned area.
- Basic computer literacy.
