Are you a detail-oriented construction professional looking to jumpstart your career with a fast-growing company? We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Construction Project Manager to join our team in Kalideres, Jakarta. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our interior, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), civil, and furniture finishing projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.
As a Junior Project Manager, you will serve as a vital bridge between our internal Design team, Operations, and external contractors. You will be on the ground, overseeing progress, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining the project timeline to ensure Hangry’s excellence is reflected in every build. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in dynamic, high-paced construction environments while growing your technical and project management expertise.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
- Supervise MEP, civil, and interior finishing works to ensure they align with Hangry’s quality standards.
- Act as the primary liaison between the design team, operational stakeholders, and on-site contractors.
- Monitor site progress and report weekly updates, highlighting potential bottlenecks or risks.
- Ensure all site activities comply with local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Review material specifications and assist in procurement processes for furniture and interior fixtures.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation of project status, change orders, and site inspections.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in interior or commercial fit-outs.
- Solid understanding of MEP systems and interior finishing materials.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills, capable of bridging gaps between technical teams and operational managers.
- High attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot on-site issues effectively.
- Must be willing to be based in Kalideres and travel to various project sites as required.
