Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through stakeholder interviews and process observation.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify operational bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
  • Support the design and development of customized business solutions tailored to specific client needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality project implementation.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, project documentation, and presentation materials for client meetings.
  • Monitor project KPIs and provide regular updates on progress and potential risks.
  • Conduct industry research to stay updated on market trends and best practices.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business analysis, consulting, or accounting preferred (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
