Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through stakeholder interviews and process observation.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify operational bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
- Support the design and development of customized business solutions tailored to specific client needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality project implementation.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, project documentation, and presentation materials for client meetings.
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular updates on progress and potential risks.
- Conduct industry research to stay updated on market trends and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business analysis, consulting, or accounting preferred (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
