As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for the design, programming, testing, and debugging of sophisticated control systems. You will gain invaluable exposure to the complete project lifecycle—from concept design through to installation and commissioning at client sites. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and program PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for automated machinery and production lines.
- Write, test, and debug control software to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to define system architecture and integration points.
- Conduct risk assessments, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) on control systems.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including electrical schematics, user manuals, and test protocols.
- Provide on-site technical support during the installation, commissioning, and start-up phases of projects.
- Continuously strive for process improvements and innovative solutions within the engineering team.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant working experience in controls engineering or a related internship/co-op role.
- Solid understanding of PLC programming (Siemens TIA Portal, Allen Bradley Studio 5000, or similar).
- Familiarity with HMI/SCADA application development and industrial visualization.
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in a multicultural team environment.
