Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior chefs in daily food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Execute dishes according to the established menu specifications and quality standards.
- Support the kitchen brigade during busy service hours to ensure timely food delivery.
- Properly store, label, and rotate inventory to ensure optimal ingredient freshness.
- Maintain organized and clean work stations at all times.
- Assist in stock taking and inventory management as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen or a relevant culinary internship.
- Strong passion for gastronomy and a desire to build a career in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Positive attitude and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Good physical stamina to manage standing for extended shifts.
- Basic understanding of professional kitchen safety and sanitation practices.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
