Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Head Chef in daily food preparation and mise en place.

  • Monitor food stocks and notify the supervisor of any inventory shortages.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including proper food storage and handling.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Participate in menu development and assist with seasonal dish preparation as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
  • Strong understanding of fundamental cooking techniques and food preparation.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene protocols, and kitchen sanitation standards.
