Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the head chef and senior cooks in food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment at all times.
- Wash, peel, cut, and prepare ingredients for cooking.
- Follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately to ensure consistent quality.
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate shortages to the management team.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Assist in setting up dining stations and serving food when required.
Kualifikasi
- No prior professional cooking experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
