- Create visually appealing design assets for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, and print materials
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Assist in the production of high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual content
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns
- Ensure all design materials maintain consistency with brand identity and messaging
- Stay updated on current design trends and techniques to bring fresh perspectives to projects
- Work within project timelines and deadlines to deliver quality design assets
- Receive feedback from senior designers and implement revisions as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- 1-2 years of professional design experience or relevant internship experience
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative abilities and technical skills
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
