Table & Apron is looking for a dedicated Junior Customer Service Associate to join our front-of-house team in Damansara Utama. We believe that great dining experiences start with the first 'hello,' and we are seeking an individual who thrives on building rapport with guests and ensuring every visit is memorable.

Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests as they arrive, managing the seating process to ensure a smooth flow.
- Provide detailed menu explanations, highlighting our signature dishes and ingredients to enhance the guest experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements or preferences are communicated clearly to the kitchen team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house area throughout the service shift.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism, patience, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery and high standards of hospitality.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently while maintaining a friendly parting interaction with departing guests.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education; hospitality-related certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; the ability to communicate fluently and professionally is essential.
- A positive, energetic, and 'guest-first' attitude that shines through in all interactions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team.
- Flexibility to work shift hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the restaurant schedule.
- Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; we provide full, structured training.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a composed and welcoming demeanor.
