Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
- Query and manipulate large datasets using SQL to extract actionable business insights.
- Perform data cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across all reports.
- Assist in identifying trends and anomalies in data to support operational improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Document data processes and methodologies to ensure compliance with data governance standards.
- Support the team in conducting ad-hoc data analysis to address immediate business challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a Data Analyst, Data Operations, or similar role (internships count).
- Strong foundational knowledge of SQL (Joins, Aggregations, Subqueries).
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Solid experience with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Understanding of basic statistical analysis and data modeling concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
