Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources to support global client projects.
- Design and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer specific business questions from internal teams and external partners.
- Assist in the development and execution of data quality assurance protocols.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior data analysts and project managers to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a data analysis role (relevant internship experience is preferred).
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing relational databases.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, Power Query).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, global environment.
