- Analyze operational datasets to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Create and maintain automated reports using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Support data collection, cleaning, and validation to ensure data quality

- Develop dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Assist in implementing data-driven solutions for operational challenges

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts
- Experience with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced functions)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
