Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with senior consultants to analyze client business requirements and map them to Kingdee software functionalities.
- Assist in the end-to-end implementation of ERP/cloud software, including system configuration, data migration, and testing.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and prepare comprehensive documentation for system deployments.
- Troubleshoot technical implementation issues and coordinate with the product support team to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in project meetings, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and internal project managers.
- Support the design and development of customized reporting or dashboard solutions for clients.
- Ensure project deliverables meet company quality standards and client expectations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or professionals with 1-2 years of experience in software implementation or IT consulting.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business needs into technical solutions.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems, database concepts (SQL), and business workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Malay (Mandarin proficiency is a distinct advantage).
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and self-directed learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based, cross-functional project environment.
