Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the creation of design concepts, sketches, and detailed drawings for construction projects
- Collaborate with senior designers and architects to develop design solutions that meet client requirements
- Prepare and present design proposals, including materials, colors, and finishes
- Use design software to create technical drawings, 3D models, and visualizations
- Research design trends, materials, and technologies to inform project development
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss design concepts
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Assist in preparing design documentation, including specifications and cost estimates
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Design, Architecture, or related field
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity
- Knowledge of design principles, color theory, and space planning
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Prior internship or entry-level design experience is a plus
