Tanggung Jawab
- Create architectural drawings, floor plans, and interior layouts using AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Develop design presentations including mood boards, 3D visualizations, and material samples
- Coordinate with project teams and vendors to ensure design alignment and timely delivery
- Assist in site visits, measurements, and documentation of existing conditions
- Support project management through scheduling updates and progress tracking
- Research current design trends, materials, and building regulations
- Prepare technical specifications and construction documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creative problem-solving
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
