Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and onsite visits.
- Manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktop workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operating system, application, and connectivity problems for enterprise-grade environments.
- Execute system upgrades and patches to ensure security and performance standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and requests within our IT Service Management (ITSM) ticketing system.
- Coordinate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical issues.
- Provide prompt, professional communication to clients throughout the incident lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support role.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Foundational understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and VPN configurations.
- Ability to demonstrate analytical thinking and methodical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to manage time effectively under pressure.
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft 365 Certified) are highly desirable.
