In this role, you will be the primary technical problem-solver for our diverse enterprise clients, ensuring that mission-critical systems operate seamlessly.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and onsite visits.
  • Manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktop workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operating system, application, and connectivity problems for enterprise-grade environments.
  • Execute system upgrades and patches to ensure security and performance standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and requests within our IT Service Management (ITSM) ticketing system.
  • Coordinate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical issues.
  • Provide prompt, professional communication to clients throughout the incident lifecycle.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Foundational understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and VPN configurations.
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical thinking and methodical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to manage time effectively under pressure.
  • Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft 365 Certified) are highly desirable.
