Are you a creative talent with a passion for precision? PT. Senada Nijdam Design is seeking a highly motivated Junior Drafter & Interior Designer to join our dynamic studio in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in transforming conceptual visions into tangible, high-quality technical drawings and aesthetic interior layouts.
We are looking for someone who balances artistic flair with technical rigor. You will collaborate closely with our senior designers to execute projects ranging from residential to commercial spaces. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed 2D and 3D architectural and interior layouts using industry-standard software.
- Prepare precise technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Assist senior design staff in mood board creation, material selection, and furniture sourcing.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure technical specifications are met during the execution phase.
- Participate in site visits to verify measurements, assess project progress, and perform quality checks.
- Maintain and organize digital project documentation and asset libraries.
- Support the team in preparing professional presentation decks for client meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience or a strong portfolio showcasing technical drafting proficiency.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray or Enscape is mandatory.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, spatial planning, and construction materials.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; professional English proficiency is a plus.
