Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in planning and executing ground-up construction and fit-out projects for commercial/residential properties
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with engineering standards
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including drawings, reports, and progress updates
- Support senior engineers in problem-solving and decision-making during construction phases
- Implement quality control measures and safety protocols on project sites
- Monitor material usage and resource allocation for cost efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- 0-2 years of site engineering experience in ground-up or fit-out projects
- Familiarity with construction processes, materials, and structural systems
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and project specifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid PRC Engineer license preferred (willingness to obtain if not licensed)
- Basic knowledge of construction software and Microsoft Office applications
