Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support to internal teams and external clients, resolving issues efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and successful execution of engineering projects from inception through to completion.
- Drive continuous product improvement initiatives by analyzing performance data and collaborating with design, production, and quality assurance teams.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, ensuring strict adherence to specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare, update, and maintain detailed technical documentation, project reports, and progress updates for key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative engineering solutions for complex challenges.
- Support the testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of new systems and equipment in both office and on-site environments.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related discipline).
- 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience in an engineering, technical support, or project coordination role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites within the Central Region and beyond.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
