Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily supervision of construction sites and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Monitor progress on ground-up and fit-out projects to identify potential delays or issues.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily site reports, including material usage and workforce tracking.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality control standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve on-site challenges efficiently.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and material quality.
- Assist in material planning, inventory management, and site logistics coordination.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- 0-2 years of experience in site engineering, construction management, or a relevant internship.
- Strong understanding of ground-up construction processes and interior fit-out requirements.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and architectural plans.
- Familiarity with standard construction materials and site safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
