Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior engineers in the planning, execution, and optimization of manufacturing processes.
- Support routine equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting to ensure operational continuity.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct thorough quality checks and inspections on products and processes to uphold stringent quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of engineering procedures, test results, and project progress.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects.
- Ensure strict adherence to all workplace safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain departments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or a closely related technical field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic record are highly encouraged to apply; no prior professional experience is required.
