Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of semiconductor manufacturing systems.
- Monitor operational metrics and respond to alerts in a 24/7 shift environment.
- Support and modify existing software applications and internal tools using Visual Basic (VB).
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure using Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Document technical processes, operational procedures, and system logs.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Participate in system upgrades and configuration changes.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical) or a related technical field.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of AWS (Amazon Web Services) and cloud services.
- Familiarity with Visual Basic (VB) or legacy programming environments.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift schedule (rotational shifts).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
