Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of ERP software modules to meet client requirements.
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for system improvement and automation.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users to ensure smooth system operation.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications and user manuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test system updates and patches.
- Conduct user training sessions to facilitate system adoption and efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues to senior consultants.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach to business processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and/or local languages.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of database concepts (SQL).
- A proactive "can-do" attitude and a strong willingness to learn new technologies.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
