Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the design, configuration, and documentation of SAP ERP system modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
- Support end-users with troubleshooting, system queries, and technical documentation.
- Participate in project meetings and provide progress updates to the ERP management team.
- Maintain system master data and ensure compliance with established data governance policies.
- Identify opportunities for business process automation and improved system efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Basic understanding of ERP concepts (SAP knowledge is a significant advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
