Carsome is Southeast Asia's largest integrated car e-commerce platform. We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Junior Executive, Inventory Operations (Driver role) to join our dynamic logistics and operations team in Shah Alam, Selangor.
In this role, you will be pivotal in managing our vehicle inventory, ensuring smooth movement of vehicles across our hubs, and maintaining top-tier operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Safely drive, maneuver, and transport vehicles between designated inventory hubs, inspection centers, and dealerships.
- Conduct routine inspections of incoming and outgoing vehicles to check for damages, inventory accuracy, and overall vehicle condition.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital logs of vehicle movements and inventory status within the warehouse database.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to optimize space utilization and ensure efficient vehicle parking layout.
- Assist in preparing vehicles for delivery, including ensuring cleanliness and basic quality checks.
- Adhere strictly to safety standards, traffic regulations, and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support general warehouse operations and participate in stock counts/audits as required.
- Work flexibly on rotational shifts to support continuous operations.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Malaysian Driving License (Class D is mandatory; GDL license is a strong advantage).
- Clean driving record with proven safe driving experience of at least 1-2 years.
- Minimum of SPM / STPM / Certificate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
- Basic computer literacy to update inventory records and log movements digitally.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in a dynamic warehouse/outdoor environment.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
