Country Farms is seeking a motivated Junior Executive Procurement to join our dynamic supply chain team in Shah Alam. Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and terms for raw materials and equipment
- Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies with vendors
- Maintain and update procurement databases, contracts, and supplier performance metrics
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to align procurement schedules with operational needs
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities in the supply chain
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, sustainability standards, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare monthly procurement reports and budget forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience (fresh graduates encouraged)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and procurement software
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities with vendor management aptitude
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and logistics principles
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (verbal/written)
