Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough inspections of incoming raw materials and finished rail components to ensure alignment with engineering specifications.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of comprehensive quality control documentation and inspection reports.
- Monitor production lines to identify potential defects and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve non-conformance issues promptly and effectively.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits to maintain compliance with safety standards and protocols.
- Assist in the calibration of testing equipment and ensure all tools are functioning correctly.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality management systems by providing data-driven feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates (Degree/Diploma) in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of quality control methodologies and technical drawing interpretation is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) for reporting and data entry.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to interact effectively with team members.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
