Fifgroup is seeking a dedicated and professional Junior Field Collector to join our team in Cikarang. As a Junior Field Collector, you will act as the bridge between our company and our valued customers. You will be expected to conduct amicable negotiations regarding payment schedules, resolve account-related queries, and maintain accurate records of all interactions. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular field visits to assigned customers to collect outstanding installment payments and loan dues.
- Communicate payment terms, conditions, and schedules clearly and professionally to customers.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers to ensure account recovery.
- Document all collection activities, customer interactions, and payment confirmations in the internal database.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding account status or billing in a courteous and empathetic manner.
- Identify and report potential risks or irregularities in the collection process to the team leader.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times while representing Fifgroup.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in any field is a plus.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily or weekly collection targets.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office) is required.
- Willingness to travel within the Cikarang area and surrounding regions.
