PT Adventure Advisors Indonesia is seeking a proactive and meticulous Junior Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Associate to join our growing team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our financial integrity, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting our daily operational efficiency.
As a Junior FAT Associate, you will work closely with our finance team to manage day-to-day accounting records, assist with tax compliance, and provide administrative support for financial transactions. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily bookkeeping and entry of financial transactions into the accounting system.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare and support tax document filing (PPh, PPN) in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice verification.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure discrepancies are resolved.
- Maintain and organize financial filing systems (both digital and physical) for audit readiness.
- Support the finance manager in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and Indonesian tax laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Xero, or similar).
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
