Jakarta Intercultural School (JIS) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance and Accounting Manager to join our dedicated finance team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial workflows, including revenue management, budgetary oversight, and comprehensive financial reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial operations and accounting tasks for the JACS program.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual department budgets and forecasts.
- Oversee revenue streams, including accurate invoicing, collection, and reconciliation.
- Ensure full compliance with internal financial policies, Indonesian tax regulations, and institutional auditing requirements.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports to support leadership decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement and payment processing.
- Maintain comprehensive financial records and documentation for internal and external audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data with integrity.
- Prior experience in an educational or international environment is a plus.
