CV Bohemian Jogja Villas is seeking a motivated Junior Finance Store Keeper to join our growing team in the heart of Yogyakarta. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial integrity and inventory control of our luxury villas.
As a key member of our finance department, you will bridge the gap between operational store-keeping and accounting excellence. We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable handling daily financial transactions, meticulous in record-keeping, and eager to support our accounting team in reporting and tax compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily inventory of villa supplies and assets, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Process incoming and outgoing payments with high attention to detail.
- Prepare daily journal entries to ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget monitoring.
- Maintain compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with procurement to verify stock levels and purchase orders.
- Conduct regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies and ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in store-keeping or basic accounting is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Willingness to work in the hospitality industry located in Yogyakarta.
